At Motor Yacht Service Centre we always have projects on the go.
Currently we have 3 Hull Extensions on our 60ft Maritimo's in process at our Westpark Marina Premises. All our plans are designed by a Boat Designer and are approved by a Naval Archietect.
With 3 Hull Extensions on the go we have 8 of our Staff Members currently working on them.
Starting with removing all the fixtures and fitting from the hull, eg trim tabs, lights, stern thruster, bait tanks, Lighting Swimplatforms.
We then pattern up for the bulk heads, then cut off the existing duckboard to allow new bulk heads to be attached.
Then narrow the duckboard to suit.
Once a pattern is made for the Bulk Heads they are glassed in place.
Pattern up and form Hull Bottom.
Fit and glass hull bottom to Bulkheads
Extend the exhausts and glass in place.

Pattern up transom and laminate together.
