The Maritimo M550 is a sport fishing beast that demands an ARG 250T  Gyro.

The M550 is a unique gyro installation as it requires modifications to both the aft water tank as well as a new cockpit hatch to the port side. This new hatch allows better access to the lazarette area that is lost by installing the gyro.

People also commonly think that a gyro will stop 100% of movement, which is not true. A gyro will stop an overwhelming majority of roll, but its actually critical that a boat still maintains some movement to absorb the forces that are being counteracted.
